Demtool's sheet metal fabrication shop manufactures a wide variety of metal products. From backyard fire rings to complex weldment's, our state-of-the-art CNC Equipment accompanied with unsurpassed expertise can take on the most complex and difficult metal fabrication challenges.

We produce one-time custom prototypes and production orders for a variety of industries including the agricultural, medical, packaging, automation, and robotics industries.

Laser Cutting

Demtool Inc. is equipped with a Bystronic BySmart 10KW fiber laser cutting machine. With the highest cut quality possible and fastest cutting speeds, we can produce your parts accurately and cost effectively.

Deburring

Laser cut material edges are typically high quality but can be sharp or have a minor burr on the bottom side of the part. We can provide a smooth and safer edge utilizing a combinations of automated and manual deburring and edge rounding processes. 

Forming

Equipped with state of the art brake presses and offline programming software, we make sure your parts are cut to the correct blank size before being formed. Using an extensive selection of tools, our expert operators form with precision. We're capable of bending parts up to 12 feet long with both air bending and coining techniques.

Our powered rolls can handle parts up to 60 inches wide at a minimum diameter of 9 inches. For parts requiring a smaller diameter our manual rolls can roll 4 feet wide to a minimum diameter of 6 inches in thin sheet metal.

Welding & Polishing

Our team of expert welders are proficient in GMAW, SMAW, and TIG. We fabricate the highest quality stainless steel, steel, and aluminum weldments in the industry. We provide precise fitting and finishing that exceeds our customer’s expectations.
